Do you guy’s also rehab properties? What is the main industry in the area? Are people actively seeking to rent in this area?
Is there copper inside the property? Being an out of state investor (very familiar with the Chicago area), what are the risks of investing on the South and Southwest side? I currently rehab properties in Detroit so I appreciate an honest assessment and recommendation (no feelings hurt).
Finally, how did you arrive at the rental estimates and the cash flow of 30k per year? Thanks.
